The test tube contains a special liquid which ensures that the microorganisms are not exposed to oxygen for a long time and locks the microbiome in its natural state.
It is important that the liquid remains in the tube, as otherwise we cannot carry out the analysis in terms of quality. Contact our customer service if you have spilled the liquid and we will send a new test tube.
The sterile swab helps to ensure the quality of your results and breaks off in the sample tube to reduce dirty waste.
Our collection paper is simple to use and biodegradable. It can be mounted on the toilet and flushed after use.
The return cover is used to protect your sample, and at the same time secure against possible leakage during transport to the laboratory.
In case of leakage the analysis cannot be carried out. If this is the case, you will be notified by us and receive a new test.
The return envelope is prepaid, so you just have to take the test, put it in the return envelope and send it back to us.
If it is very hot or cold, it is recommended to hand in the return envelope at the nearest drop-off point and not in the postbox.
You will receive an e- email when we have received your test. This can take a few days and in some cases up to a week.
