Marie-Luise Puhlmann is Postdoc in Gut Microbiology and working in the department of Nutrition, Exercise & Sports (NEXS) at University of Copenhagen.

Marie-Luise has through her Ph.D. studied the relation between fiber intake, colonic fermentation and metabolic outcomes.

She has a double masters degree, one in Human Nutrition and Health and one in Food Technology, as she wants to understand how food influences the human body.
